Please do not send the item back without first contacting us. We will happily refund your item when it arrives in purchase condition and with tags attached we do not refund on postage.

We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged. If your package is damaged in the delivery process, you must document this with the delivery person and contact us immediately.
